CFO help needed

Hi all

Just some help with this CFO outfit. Yes i have a debt with them and i have sent the bank a letter getting rid of the CPA that they have. This all happened in july now gets the part that you are not going to like.

Just had calls from them on a phone number that they did not have and been told that i have a new credit agreement with them that i have never given them.

I have not been in contact with the company and have never done anything with the other company's that they have as a check the credit licence on any company's that i deal with.

My question is can they get info and do a credit agreement with new payment dates without me even contacting them and updating the numbers that they had as they where old ones.

My Thanks from
Julian

  • No they can't.

Not sure what you mean by agreement here though.

There probably putting together a repayment plan for the outstanding amount on there terms, you need to contact them and sgree something on your terms, that you can afford.

  • not sure what cfo is..but had dealings with vanquis trying to contact me, i would never answer my mobile to them and somehow they then got my 12 yr old sons phone number, i have him on my o2 account when he didnt answer they then got hold of my parents number..which i have not lived there for 13 years. so lord knows what kind of info these vultures can access, i did complain and as yet the complaint is still being dealt with!! so a complaint may be in order and a formal request for no contact by phone x

    Hi Julian,

Is it possible the debt has been sold on? Was it actually CFO who contacted you? The agreement is possibly a debt collector trying to come to an agreement with them?

When you contacted the bank to cancel CPA, did you make any arrangements to pay back your debt?
