Can an employer move a paydate forward without changing the pay period

Can an employer move a paydate forward without changing the pay period to suit? would they have to pay extra the first month to bring it right?

    This is banging on from previous (which you edited)

    they can pay you for december wages on the 1st jan, 18th 29th if they see fit. - You are NOT working extra hrs, doing unpaid work or anything

    If it is such a massive hardship then either resign, put up with it or budget!
