I don't think their is much you can do - they have moved paydays but they are still paying you for the month of decemeber - not jan.

As long as when you leave, you know that any days worked in the new month are owed to you I don't think theirs any more to it? Your being paid correctly just 3 weeks behind.

i spoke to acas and they said that they are unlawfully withholding pay regarding the extra 2 weeks shouldn't this have to be put in writing?

Surely you are still getting monthly pay , just on a different date.

They aren't making you work 2 weeks extra.

Seems like the pay period has remained the same, just the timing of the payment put back and the fact of you being Monthly 'Salaried' rather than hourly/ weekly paid..

that would be only the case if your next wage slip showed a pay period that was 2 weeks after the last wage slip..

    And?

You are still being paid for the month previous and you are not working 2 extra weeks unpaid

You'll just have to budget for an extra 2 weeks

Yes. They can vary your Contract of Employment. You don't have to accept the variation, you can resign!
