what about baking & icing 8 cupcakes and decorating each one with a letter - i.e.
I, L, O, V, E, Y, O, and U. Arrange them at random on a cake plate and get him to rearrange them in the correct order. Then eat them !

I LOVE that idea!

I've gone for one of those cool sweet trees this year, but I'm hoping he'll get me one of these Valentines Day Arrangements (I might be asking too much!)
