Possible Dodgy email

Have recived an email titled "Congratulations" from SHAWSTAKERS AWARD, all it has is an attachment to open and no text explaining what it is. would like to know a bit more before I even think about opening the attachment.

Googled "SHAWSTAKERS " and it's coming up scam over and over again.
Defo recommend not clicking on anything with that one.
