Gastric Band CD for weight loss

I was just reading on the BBC website that 2 million people may be eligible for weight loss surgery. I mentioned on here in 2011 that my sister in law lost 12 pounds with a gastric band hypnosis session.


Well 3 years on she is 3 stone lighter. She eats all the food that she likes but just less of it. I have banged on about these CDs a few times but they have really helped me and my family.

I bought her CD to help with Panic Attacks from Amazon and found it excellent, it really helps.

Beside all of the complications, a 47% success rate over 15 years means that 53% of people don't see any long term benefits, just experience the negative effects... Can't think of what other surgery with such a low success rate would be pushed in the same way...

Paul McKenna has done the same hypnosis book + CD: The Hypnotic Gastric Band.

I borrowed it from the library, read the book and listened to the CD. I felt relaxed and susceptible to hypnosis. The next day I had an all-mighty eating binge

This is not to say that it wouldn't work for other people, just that I'm especially weird...
