scottish trust deed mortgages

I have recently discharged from my PTD after 5 years ( extended due to unemployment)

I know have an excellent credit score of 971 and the trust deed will be off my file in November.

I know have around 6k in equity in my home and by the end of the year will have 5 k in savings

luckily I have had my job for 3 years at 30k a year

with this in my favour will I be able to get another mortgage next year at approx 4 x my salary or will I have to wait another 6 year's from now to get one( what I was told by a friend)

Please help.

Think its six years from the date of the trust deed, but ask at
trust-deed.co.uk where you should get the answer
