There is nothing in my copy of the magazine nor on the postal entry form.
I think this is an error on the online entry form, but there is a possibility that if you purchase the mag from one specific retailer then there could be an envelope stuck to the front with an extra competition inside. This is something Puzzler used to do occasionally, but I can't remember TAB doing it before.
