HSBC telephone interview - type of questions?

Got my phone interview for them on Tuesday and they are based on their values -open, connected and dependable.
Quoted from my e-mail
The Values with detail (quoted from their website)
I have loads of examples I can use for the connected value. I have no idea about the other two! Probably because I have not had any form of interview since Sept 2008 - for my current job! So my interviewing brain is a little rusty. The examples can be from work, personal and academic. I won't use examples from the latter as I graduated in 2003 and not been to any classes or gained qualifications since.
The interview is 45-60 mins long!
Thanks in advance

The telephone interview will be values based interview and will assess how you demonstrate HSBC’s values. In the interview, we’ll ask you to tell us about occasions when you have demonstrated the qualities we’re looking for. Please prepare to provide some good examples which illustrate you being open, connected and dependable, so you’re well prepared for those questions. Think of at least one strong example for each value. These don’t have to be drawn from work.
Naturally, you should also show us how open, connected and dependable you are through your behaviour and communication with us throughout the recruitment process.
The Values with detail (quoted from their website)
HSBC people are Open. We expect you to be honest and straight talking. You treat others with respect and fairness. You listen to their ideas, show genuine appreciation of their needs and collaborate effectively for the benefit of the team.
HSBC people are Connected. We expect you to build relationships with customers, colleagues and the community in which you work. You empathise with others, take care to understand the impact you have on them, and act with their best interests at heart.
HSBC people are Dependable. We expect you to be committed to quality in everything you do. You take accountability for the results you deliver, and you can always be relied on to stand up for the right course of action, even in challenging circumstances.

Hiya!
I'm currently in the same position as you! I applied for a CSA role at a call centre in my city. I passed the online verbal reasoning assessment and now I have a telephone interview. Mine is in late January.
A friend of mine went to a face to face interview for a cashier role and they asked her things like:
Describe a time when you showed X quality?
How did you handle X situation?
What was the outcome of X situation?
Ect, ect ...
As long as you refer to your notes and remember the STAR technique in your examples, I think you'll be fine.
Situation: describe the situation.
Task: describe the task you were given and/or had to complete.
Action: describe what action you took.
Result: describe the result. Was it positive/negative?
Let me know how your interview goes! Good luck!0
