So two months in and mortgage is down to 163200. If we hadn't been overpaying it would have been 164200. Looking forward to getting it under the 160k mark as then seems closer to the magic 100k.
Saving for the week was instead of buying a pint of milk each day was to buy a 2 pinter and sticking it in fridge at work. Only want a glass at lunch time so the 2 pinter lasts nearly the week and saves about a £1 a week. £50 a year. result!0
