I can't C+P the terms but a few points that clear it up a little bit are:


Submit your nomination for a Hungry Joe, including the reason they deserve to win an iPad.
You may only nominate someone as a Hungry Joe who is a resident of the UK, who is aged 18 or over.
1 winner will win an iPad Air (silver). The winner's nominated Hungry Joe will also win an iPad Air (silver).

Full Terms and Conditions
1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of Kerry Group plc and their immediate
families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Promotion Period: 12.00 on 8 January 2014 – 09:00 on 28 February 2014.
3. No Purchase required but a valid Facebook account (free) is required. Maximum one entry (Nomination) per person.

4. To enter: Go to the Hungry Joe’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/HungryJoesUK. During the Promotion Period,
follow instructions to submit your nomination for Hungry Joe (see clause 5 for details) including a name of a friend
and the reason they deserve to win an iPad. Complete your contact details as requested. Entries over 100 words
long will be disqualified. See clause 7 for what constitutes an invalid entry.
5. Nominations: you may only nominate someone as a “Hungry Joe” who is a resident of the UK, who is aged 18 or
over (“Hungry Joe”). At time of nomination you will NOT have to provide the delivery address (within the UK) for
your Hungry Joe. Winner will be requested to provide their Hungry Joe’s delivery address when responding to
winner communications. By providing the Hungry Joe’s address, the winner will be deemed to have the consent of
their nominated Hungry Joe to provide such details to the Promoter (who will use the details only for prize fulfilment)
and that the nominated Hungry Joe agrees to the terms and conditions in so far as the terms apply to the Hungry
Joe.
6. Prize: 1 x winner will win an iPad Air (WiFi) 16GB (silver). The winner’s nominated Hungry Joe will also win an iPad
Air (WiFi) 16GB (silver). In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the
prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
7. Entries will be invalid if they:
A. contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
B. refer to brands other than those of the Promoter (in a significant way);
C. include trademarks, logos or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder’s prior written
permission (including famous names, company names etc);
D. contain material which the Promoter deems to be offensive, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, objectionable
or inappropriate in any way; or
E. represent a danger to health and safety.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion
Period, and the winner will be contacted within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period. The winner must respond
to winner notification within 14 days of initial notification, to confirm (1) eligibility, (2) delivery address and (3)
delivery address of their nominated Hungry Joe. If the winner is not contactable or fails to return contact within 14
days of initial notification and after reasonable efforts have been made to contact them, the winner will be disqualified
and a reserve entrant contacted in the same manner and asked to provide contact details as set out, including
the delivery address of the reserve’s Hungry Joe nomination.
9. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
When providing the delivery address of the Hungry Joe, the winner confirms that the Hungry Joe accepts
the terms and conditions of this Promotion insofar as these terms apply to the winning Hungry Joe.
10. Further prize details:
A. prizes will only be dispatched to UK addresses;
B. prizes will be dispatched within 10 working days of confirmation of delivery address.
