  • What does your contract say? If you are on a zero hours contract then (sadly) yes, they are :(
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).
  • my contract states 25hrs per week , i have rang home and got mother to check it and it states i need 4 weeks notice in writing on any contractual changes
  • Have you told them of the mistake ?

Tell them of the mistake and what your contracts states. If they don't want you to work those 5 hours they still need to pay you according to your contracted hours
