I just don't see the obsession with property in London...

Exactly. People need to stop the pointless obsession with the top end stuff in Central, North and West London, that has never been particularly "affordable", and concentrate on obtaining value for money elsewhere.

If you're commuting to the City, opting for Finchley over Honor Oak must be the very definition of pointless snobbery.

"Yep, property in the capital is now so far removed from the rest of the UK, that it really must be considered as a market unto itself - so say estate agents.

It appears that Estate Agents have finally cottoned on to a fact that everyone else with an IQ over 3 has known for decades.

London is totally different to the rest of the U.K. in every way.

I wouldn't spend £1m on a tiny house like that. I'd rather spend £500k on a decent sized house in the sticks and get a helicopter to work every day on the change.

Neither would I (as I said) although you've got me on the mode of transport, I wouldn't pay to get a helicopter to work (you are obviously on a huge salary if you get paid enough to cover a helicopter to commute), I have to make do with the train and tube.

Although I must say I would rather buy that house than a £500k house and a helicopter.

    It is quite unique though.

    Includes beds fit for giants!

Just loving the camera work to make the rooms look bigger than they are! The chair by the desk in picture 4 has probably the biggest seat base known to man!

    Floorplan says 91 sq.m.
Which is about the average floor space for a property in England.

The chair in picture 4, I assume is the dining room, measuring 16' by 13'. How large is your (share of) dining room, then?

    Sorry?

What does that have to do with the photography and lens used?
