What time of the year will their employer review be ?

My cousin has been accepted for a job in spring, to work for a medium/big uk company.

How often are them reviews which the supervisor gives to his progression/yearly performance given?

how often are they done, and what time of the year are the ?

Will vary with every company.

Last time I was an employee there was an annual review around Nov time and a mid year checkpoint around June

Other places I've been have more frequent ones, particularly for volume roles

Ask your cousin or maybe get the cousin to ask the medium/big company they work for or maybe get them to check their contract.:)
