has anyone won the tkmaxx or gumtree competitions ??

Hi everybody

I'm a frequent shopper at tk maxx and always get the competition advertised behind the receipt for winning £1000 worth of shopping with them by just giving your opinion on their website, let me say i started doing this about 3 years ago at least twice a month and yes nothing won :rotfl:in the same time i've always googled to see if there is really a winner as they pretend to have a daily draw so we people should have heard of at least 100 winners until today i'm saying AT least , so have you heard of anyone who has really won with tk maxx or is it just a time wasting Lie ??

also the same up questions for gumtree competitions ??

The current GumTree comp that's running, someone won one of the vouchers the other day. I only remember because they said they were asked what radio station they entered with...

ETA - often the surveys on the backs of receipts are run by PR companies, and the prize is offered to a huge number of customers from different stores. For example, I had a Krispy Kremes survey the other day that had one prize just for KK customers (iPad), and a large cash amount which it said was open to a number of companies across Europe.

Thank you jessica, ok i understand now the part of tk maxx but i've never really heard of someone won anything with tk maxx even a £10 , I had a look on their facebook page and found just people moaning about the same issue LOL and may be other concerns, i do like to shop there but if it looks that they are liars then i won't go shop there anymore as i'm sure they lie about the rrp's in the tags but i close my eyes if i like the item and let my deep brain believe it is correct and that i got a great value LOL

I won a sony 32 inch smart tv full dh 1080p. Through gumtree and bauer radio. Got the call this week and a letter from ndl who deliver. But on letter no mention of it being a smart tv just they can change the item. Good prize all the same. I only started comping in dec. So happy
