Never too old. But that shouldn't be your consideration. Think about what job you want, then find out what qualifications or skills they ask for. And whether or not its a job market that's saturated with those skills already (and how quickly the IT industry moves as well). No point spending three years training for something that isn't going to add to your career prospects.
But uni is wonderful, and whilst mature students are a minority, you will certainly not be the oldest on the course at 28!!' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -
I'm 26 and (hopefully!) graduating in July. I have a place on a graduate scheme lined up for September and am really happy about it. I guess 32 is a bit older than 26, but I wouldn't worry! If anything, I think when it comes to job interviews, especially stupid competency based ones (think of a time when you...) having some solid work experience behind you puts you head and shoulders above many other candidates.Sealed Pot Challenge #239

I started doing an OU course part time when I was 30. I haven't even finished it yet, but I'm looking for a new job and have had more interviews offered than I can fit in, just on the strength of employers liking the attitude it shows. If I hadn't started studying again, I strongly suspect I'd be looking at being unemployed in a couple of months, so best decision I ever made.Saving for deposit: Finished! :j
