    Dear Vavacroft, I'm so sorry for your loss. There are no words I can say that can really help but you sound like a strong person and I'm sure you'll be ok. You'll have good days and bad days, so just hug your little one, do some comps and just keep going. Sometimes that's all you can do.

    I'm so sorry for your loss ,I lost both my parents when I was a teenager and honestly time is a great healer. It's really a good idea to keep busy through this tough time.
