Human calculator needed please for company car questions

Hi all

Trying to work something out for m brother but getting nowhere.

He has a company car BMW 520d
He has a fuel card
He doesn't pay for personal mileage ....he hardly does any personal mileage
He was in Australia for 3 months of the year and had no use of the car.

His payer coding notice is as follows..
1. His tax code is K1756.
2. His car benefit is 10472
3. His car fuel benefit is 6541
4. His medical insurance is 561

My questions are...

1. if he pays his employer some money for private mileage will this negate the car fuel benefit?
2. Should he have some allowance or refund for th fact that he did not have use of the car for 3 months?

I am so grateful for any advice please this is so complicated.
Total Quidco earnings - £547.98

    1. He must pay for ALL his private mileage to avoid the fuel charge.
    2. Yes the benefit charges are time apportioned so long as the period of
non-use is greater than 30 days
The only thing that is constant is change.
