Hi all,
OR meeting 3 July, face to face (big, complicated debts such as alledged mortgage shortfall-funnily I prefere the face to face!).
OR very pleasant-exact words were 'nothing to worry about, we're not on a witch-hunt', any persistent creditors we'll call them-we're not just here for the creditors'. Just said to bring all documentation down to him.
Told him I was still getting calls/letters & asked if ok to ring all creditors & tell them/fax BR notice-he said 'yes-that's fine-it also saves us a lot of time too & speeds things up ' (!!).
So....will be completely honest (almost like a form of therapy!) & all will be done!
Will keep you posted!
Funny feeling....
I have a mental 'hole' where all the worry/energy/stress in thinking about all this has been for 20 years or so......!! Trying to fill the hole with a lot of gym work-outs & getting in shape!
Bye all...will keep you posted!

Debtmonkey funnily enough I was thinking I'd prefer a face to face too - I find it hard to "read" people on the phone and I know I will end up gabbling to fill the silences. But I'm getting a phone one.
My ORs office said they are sending me some forms to complete - anyone know what they are? For me, 38 pages of the bankruptcy petition and SOA was more than enough form filling to last me a lifetime!0 -

The forms are normally:
- Authorisation to allow the OR to get your tax/NI records from HMRC and DWP, and pay any tax refunds due to the OR.
- A notice of your duties as a bankrupt, and a form to fill in confirming that that your are aware of them.
- Ethnic monitoring form.
Plus copies of lots of the IS factsheets that are available on their website.
Nothing to worry about.
