My daughter is looking for a home improvement loan. She has contacted her mortgage provider (Bank) and they are asking quite high returns. She does not have access to the internet so this is a luxury she cannot afford!
Any advise will be greatly received. The loan is for 4 areas of activity including roof repairs.
