Is it possible to claim back some or all fees
My son is paid monthly and like most young men struggles from month to month and while he has explained to the finance company his wages are paid on different dates of the month and may sometimes be late paying his finance direct debit however the have continued to charge him £25 per late payment
Surely this can be claimed back as it does not cost £25 to spew a generic letter out of a computer
Advice anyone please.........cheers
