This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees or contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
The promotion begins at 5PM on Thursday 09 January 2013 and closes at 12PM on Thursday 16 January 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
To Enter:
You will need a Twitter account to participate in the Prize Draw. If you don’t already have one, you may create one by visiting https://www.twitter.com. Twitter accounts are free, but are subject to Twitter’s Terms of Service (http://twitter.com/tos).
Take the following steps to enter the contest:
a) Follow @TKMaxx_UK on Twitter.
b) Tweet your favourite motivational quote @TKMaxx_UK during the Promotion Period using the #TKMotivate hashtag. The eligible tweets must include: @TKMaxx_UK

5. The Prize
70 entrants will win a personalised T-shirt featuring their winning quote and competition hashtag #TKMotivate
The Promoter reserves to provide equivalent available products at time of fulfilment. Prizes will be non-exchangeable.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random by TJX UK UK, from all valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period within 7 days of the closing date.
7. The winner will be notified via Twitter direct message within 7 days of the closing date and will then have 14 days to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner fails to respond to the initial notification within this time an alternative winner will be selected in the same manner.
8. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.
