Xbox One bundle

Hello, I bought an Xbox One bundle which included the Fifa 14 game for my husband's Christmas. You can imagine how disappointed (he's 43!) he was on Christmas morning to discover there was no game in the box. I called PC World straight away and complained that I had bought this bundle as a Christmas gift and they hadn't supplied what they had advertised and what I had paid for. I was told that there had been a problem with Microsoft and the game/card would be sent off separately. Obviously I was really annoyed but there was nothing I could do about it.
I called PC World again last Monday and was told the same excuse about Microsoft again. This time I was told Microsoft would be getting in touch direct.
Still waiting............
Can anyone help me please?

Keep hassling them. Daft as it sounds though, have you double checked the box? Some bundles did come with a card that you just input the barcode from and it downloads the game.0

Was the console packaged with an outer cardboard "slip" with a picture of the game on it? The console packs I saw with FIFA were mostly like that and FIFA was a digital download code in the box and I can't say I've heard any complaints about that code being missing. (indeed I've seen a fair few on Gumtree as people didn't want it)
Might be worthwhile contacting Microsoft yourself to see if there's anything they can suggest for you, they'll probably want some stuff like serial number & place where you bought it. But to me seems like PCW are fobbing you off big time!Retired member - fed up with the general tone of the place.0 -
Mine came with a peice of card with a code on it to download it are you sure yours didnt?0

Yeh if the box looked like the one below then the FIFA 14 is a download. Should have been a card inside with a code on. You would not have received a physical disc inside the box.
We bought a Day One Xbox ONE with Forza bundled with it and not Fifa, but again it was a download code.Slimming World Member - Started 05/02/150 -
The FIFA 14 that came with the day 1 launch consoles is NOT a physical copy of the came, it's a download copy that you need to DL from the online store using the code that was in the box.0

As far as I know all of the official bundles, like the one posted above come with a digital download, I know mine and a few of my mates' did.0

To be honest, having owned FIFA 14, it's probably not worth it!0

Gotta have skills to win :rotfl:
Oh I can win, and had a good record! It's just the game is terrible in my view! Never seen so many overhead kick clearances, headed goals, questionable decisions and bad defensive judgements!
The online play is also terrible, thanks to EA not being willing to invest!0
