Our local boots always takes the 75% sale as an opportunity to clear out the warehouse, so as well as Xmas gifts, there are various childrens toys and clothes brought out, one year I even managed to buy a toddler trampoline for £5... Excited about tomorrow!! Good luck everyone!0

Ps. I've come up as newbie as I've got baby brain and forgotten everything so I've had to re register although have been here many years. Especially this time if the year! 0

Does anyone know if the perfume gift set will be on 75% off or not such as boss orange set or dkny apple set
Thanks:beer:0 -
Is it just me then but I can't see what all the fuss is about their gift sets aren't that wonderful are they?
Most things are wonderful at 25% of the original price. :rotfl:
I get bits and pieces for school events whenever they want raffle prizes, you'd be surprised what you can get with £2 it looks better than most things you could donate for that money.
Happy moneysaving all.0 -

Believe me it's an eye opener
I stopped going two years ago as people's behaviour disgusted me a small but significant number acting like wild animals devouring a carcass
Just not worth the aggro0 -
I so LOVE this description, especially the phrase 'casing the joint' like we're all spies or master criminals who will be entering the store via zip-wire come the morning of the sale :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Or commando-rolling under the shutters as they open.
Hope is not a strategy.0 -

Eye opener definitely and great description!
I went last year for the first time and honestly I've never seen anything like it before in my life, it makes Primark look civil. Thing is most people are polite its the few that make it a mad dash. I wont be going this year, I looked in my local and they had sold out of stuff Id have liked to buy so no point going in, Im not one to buy it and flog it on EBay so I will leave it this year and look forward to the stories of success or failure tomorrow:money::rotfl::T0 -
here for my yearly visit and I see that boots.com isn't any easier to use, nothing adds to the basket.. even so I'll probably be sat looking bleary eyed at white tooth man during the usual website meltdown0
