Hope you can help me!
Will applying for job seekers allowance whilst unemployed effect my credit score? I can only see forums from 2009, and wondered if the situation has changed in recent years?

It would only effect the credit score if you have a credit card, loan etc and no longer can afford the payments on these or have an arrangement to pay.Hi all,
