can,t print coupns

hello there this is my first post so I hope its ok.i am trying to print coupons of my laptop that has windows 7.every time I try to print a coupon it loads up says press to print I press print,then it says thank you for printing.only trouble is nothing ever prints.some times I am asked to install coupon printer I am always doing this but it never works.can any one help me.also I am not very good with computers.

Hi there! I've also had this problem, although to be fair, I'm trying to print from work. You don't say whether yours is also a work laptop, so my comment might not be of any use to you. I have a work laptop and am able to take it home with me. I've found that, if I log on at home and re-install the coupon printer there, when I get to work to print the coupons, the coupon printer works. If I try to install the coupon printer at work, the server doesn't recognise it and wont install it.

I've got a similar issue. The quality of print from my printer, is so bad, it's not useable.

I've been trying to print Tesco coupons. Does anyone know if I can scan the coupons at self service, from a device such as an iPad?

You can't scan coupons off an iPad or phone screen in self service as they need to posted in the coupon slot on the self service machine and returned to Valassis for processing.
