Help requested with asda direct order.

I wasn't too sure of the best place to ask for advice on this one but here seems to be the best fit. (Board guides please move my post if there is a better place for it).

I ordered a set of bunk beds from Asda Direct in December which have arrived today. On the order page it clearly stated: harper bunk beds- wiith mattress option. On the drop-down box to select for ordering it said item quantity 1 and was the only selection available. (I checked this as I felt there was likely to be an option for frame only and an option for mattresses to be included which clearly wasn't the case). I also thoroughly checked the item specifications to clarify this.

The bunk beds have now arrived without mattresses. I have checked the asda listing and the page has completely changed and clearly has options for frame only and mattresses included, this is also reflected in the item specs.

Having now checked on my online order it says frame only however it does not say this in my order confirmation email. I feel I'm fighting a losing battle here as I ordered based on the fact mattresses were included, they have covered all trace of the original ambiguity so I will only be offered a refund if I contact them. Unfortunately as I have absolutely no proof that they were listed incorrectly I'm feeling I haven't a leg to stand on and am really cross that I didn't screen-shot the order. Interestingly in the q&a section 4 people have asked about the mattress spec and someone has replied on 3rd jan to say asda had contacted them to say there were no mattresses included which seems to confirm there was a mistake covered up here!

Does anyone else have any words of wisdom before I contact asda?
