Disposable gift ideas

My friend's birthday is coming up and I've already bought her some gifts. She is moving house shortly after though so we have agreed I will give her presents to her afterwards to make things easier.
Having said that I still feel bad that she won't receive anything on the day
I'll post her birthday card to her but I wanted to send her a little something too. It needs to be disposable so she doesn't have any more stuff to move than necessary. All I can think of are flowers or chocolates.

I wouldn't buy flowers, as they will be another thing to deal with when moving, or else wasted because the rest of a house in a state with packing up etc. Do you live nearby? If so, then the offer of some help with decluttering her wardrobe / kitchen and taking to the charity shop might be nice.0

A gift card for somewhere like Pizza Hut?
Then they can get a take away when they're moving in?The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.0 -

No- sadly she's on the other end of the country and I don't drive, so I can't help her at all with the move.
I did wonder about that with flowers. It's be a nice gesture but I expect a pain for her to have to display when she's in the middle of packing.
I'll look into the gift card idea welshbookworm- had no idea you could get take away ones!0 -
