Hi

I purchased a vehicle and the finance company I was excepted by was the car finance company as my credit isnt great and i am in desperate need of a car.

The car I purchased was a 59 plate Vauxhall Insignia. I absolutley loved it however since purchasing the vehicle in October there seems to be a few issues.
The car pulls to the left, Very shaky on the motorway (test drive wasn't available on the motorway), Some form of fluid leaking all over my drive, apparantly the car was serviced before I recived it then three weeks later the light came on so I had to take it back to the garage for them to take it off and then a couple of days later it came back on. Along with another warning CODE 3???

I jusy want rid of it now as I can see this being very expensive

The car is under warranty for a couple more months but this isnt what I was buying into. I wanted a reliable family sized car, not something that could leave me stranded with two kids

I dont know what else to do I have tried the original company Concept Cars who aren't taking any responsibility but surely if they sold it to me then they must be liable for something??

HELP PLEASE I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW :(

Thanks

Insignia Error code 3 is Engine Coolant Level Low.

I'm sure you could manage to top that up, maybe it explains the weird fluid on the drive.

The car is under warranty, let the garage change the hose.
Tracking costs very little, nor does wheel balancing.

Cars are machines, they all need a bit of TLC. This isn't a reason to reject the whole car.

If you think there are serious problems with the car then it might be worth taking it to an independent garage and getting them to check it out. This will cost you money but provide an objective way of seeing whether there are significant problems or it's just something minor.

As mentioned above, both issues you mentioned are quite simple to fix. Tracking on my car recently cost me a whopping grand total of £14 in a local garage, done there and then within 10 minutes. and a quick goggle of of your cards make, model and code shows the other issues, which as mentioned is probably just a loose hose/connection, free if under warranty.
