Credit report ahhhhhh!!!!

I have received my credit report and I just feel completely overwhelmed. It is showing my BR (twice!!) under the address of the house that I left before Br and then the address where I was living at the time of Br. Don't think I really know how to read this properly!!! It also is showing a CCJ. After I had gone BR I received a letter re a court date over £500 of a utility bill I had not paid. I contacted OR at the time and they told me not to worry as the Br would include this debt and that they would sort it. I have not heard any more since then- However I have moved twice since then. Is this going to make my situation worse??????
I have also several showing that I am still defaulting. I am going to look up the advice on this forum and start trying to sort this out. I feel in a state of panic. I feel like I did when I was going through Br in the first place and I have moved on 2.5 years since. I need to calm down an deal with this! Please help.

Query the double BR entry with the CRA.
The CCJ you should have defended at the time instead of leaving it to the OR. Talk to the OR, as they may be able to have it removed, and if not talk to the court to see about how you can do that yourself. It's not a bother, as the debt cannot be enforced, but you need to get rid of it if you can.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Think I will contact court tomorrow. At the time I was so worried when the letter came in. I contacted the OR for advice. They told me not to worry that they would deal with it and I was so relieved. As for the br I will contact the cra to see what that is.
A little confused. If something is marked satisfied and a default date is given. Does it stay on my file until 6 yrs from that date.0 -
it stays on file 6yrs from the date you attended court...Not quite a newbie as you think

Well contacted court today re ccj. And yes is there. The money owed was from before my br but yet it was taken to cout 6 months after br date. On my notes it said that a request had been sent asking for confirmation of br. However the br details were received by the court after the ccj had been sanctioned. The problem was I had moved house and had not received the letter in time, I think from memory. The court advised that I fill in a form and get another court date to speak to the judge and see what can be done. I am so upset as I thought I was on my way to getting sorted. But I feel vack to square 1:mad: Going to contact cab tomorrow to see if this is my only option. Do not fancy having to take a day off work to go back up to court. Feeling very low

Difficult. Ultimately you could make a formal set aside application as the CCJ should never have been made, but that costs you court.
Hopefully the court here will revisit the decision without you having to do that, Good luck, and don't stress.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Why does it matter?
You were bankrupt 2 and a 1/2 years ago, surely you couldn't get anymore credit?!We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
