I was given some of these but I`ve never heard of them never mind trying them 
Can someone enlighten me as to what to make with them please - I`m guessing they like mushy peas but I might be wrong , thanks x

Yep - just peas! Treat them as you would any other pulse - stews/casseroles, mushy peas etc http://www.dunns-ls.co.uk/products/pulses/green-peas0

I tend to cook up a batch of these in one go. Allow to cool and then put into 2portion servings in lidded-plastic containers for the freezer.
Just defrost as and when needed and warm through in the microwave :drool:.0
