Hi all, I sliced up all the left over meat from Christmas and froze it in 3 person portions. Have taken some turkey out for dinner today , what would be the best way to heat it through without making it go dry , oh and my son doesn't have gravy so can't heat it up in that for him , thanks in advance

You can just use a small amount of water or stock made with a stock cube in an oven proof dish cover with foil and pop in the oven for about 20 mins
I normally add about 100ml of liquid to the dish.1 Sealed Pot Challenge # 1480

I wrap cold sliced meat loosely in foil and heat up slowly in the halogen oven. You can add a little butter or oil, but I find it doesn't dry out in foil.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

I make up a gravy (well gravy granules really) and place the sliced meat into a meat tin or casserole with it. cook in oven till hot. Killed 2 birds with one stone as your gravy is ready to use.0
