Kitchen table top granite insert replacements

Our kitchen table has 4 granite inserts ( 10*200*457mm), two of which got damaged.

Any ideas as to where we could get replacements?

I can get perspex cut to size to replace all 4 for £60, although I am presuming they'd be poorly scratched in no time.
