I would wait a couple more days, maybe Tuesday afternoon or Wed morning as it's possible that the people dealing with it work Mon to Fri so it's only been 1 working day so far.

Personally, I would wait a week before contacting them again, i.e. if you emailed Thursday afternoon I would wait until the Friday morning as you can then say "I emailed last week (dd/mm)..."

I sent them a message on Facebook this afternoon because I couldn't wait any longer lol!!! They said Congratulations and that a letter with details of the win are on the way to me so hopefully this means it's fine but not going to get excited till I get the letter in the post
