Quick Question about a creditor that said they would amend credit file but hasn't...

Hi all,
Just after some advice really. Back in late Septemebr early October I started the Credit file clean up process. There wasn't too many to sort out and everyone I wrote to sent me a letter back confirming that they would indeed amend default dates to reflect my bankruptcy.
Anyway I thought I would give it a month or two to make sure that the credit files updated correctly before checking again.
All have done except for one...Orange.
I received a letter from them at the end of October which reads:
'Thank you for writing to us about the Orange entry that has been recorded on your credit file.
After reviewing your account information and confirming your bankruptcy we have made amendments to the information on your credit file to show the account as partially settled.
We would like to let you know that your credit file has been updated in line with advice from the information commissioner. The partially settled indicated that we have not recouped any dept due to the bankruptcy proceedings and the same will reflect on your credit file.
Hence, the default status is correct and will remain. However, this account will reflect as a closed account with Orange.
Changes will reflect on your credit file after the 10th of the following month. After this time please ensure that you obtain a brand new copy of your credit report to see any changes.
If you would like more information on understanding your credit file, please contact one of the following credit agencies.'
However all 3 credit reports still show the balance as outstanding and they were all updated again this month as still being owed.
Where do I go from here and what is the best step to take now? Should I re-send the original letter again.
This is the only creditor that is still showing as owing money too on my credit files, everyone else has updated to show either partially settled or satisfied with the bankruptcy date or earlier.

Send again, telling them that they have failed to make the corrections. Give them 28 days, otherwise you will take the matter to the ICO.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
