Self Assessment - Forgotten Business Name!

Hi

I know this sounds ridiculous, I'm doing my self assessment, and have partially forgotten my business name that I created over 2 years ago.

I have a vague notion of what it's called - is it really critical that I get the company name precisely correct in the tax return form? Even if the name I enter is slightly off, won't they still be able to accurately process my return through my National Insurance, and tax identifier code?

Thanks
