thanks betmunch you are the first one too say anything which is positive and as you say you just did some research and you found that you can obtain a mortgage after 7o years old ,all the main providers stop at 75 and can not help after this ,i will start looking around too see if someone inmy area can help me ,thanks again badgers12 that is north east0

hi betmunch, took your advice ,and have found two mortgage brockers ,that have asked me too see them in the next day or so,and seem too thing that what you said is possiable,and will discusse it with me ,so thanks again ,badgers120
