Tutoring Advert - I want the website to remove me!

I used to be a part-time one-to-one maths tutor and I put my profile on a website. I was charged £20 for this for one year (I can't remember when I last paid, but I am sure it was well over a year ago)!
I no longer offer any maths tutoring, so I have asked the website to remove my profile. I want them to do this, since I get unwanted phone calls from potential students and I don't want the TAXMAN to think I still have a second income, which I no longer have.
I emailed the website to ask them to remove me on 20 April 2013 & then the 7th of October 2013. I have just looked on the website and I am still there. I have emailed them today to request the removal and I have stated that I will be taking legal advice in 4 weeks if they do not remove me.
How do I stand legally?
It is so annoying, since I am getting unwanted phone calls; plus I am concerned that the taxman might think I am on the fiddle and not declaring all of my income.
Many thanks, Richard.

I would not worry about the tax man, any sensible investigator would phone and ask if you are available.0

Just wondering if the site is still 'live' at all, IYSWIM? Has it been updated recently, or is it just sitting there?Signature removed for peace of mind0

It's the internet, once it's there, it's there forever.0
