Sorry, I should have put some kind of question. Basically, they want to add money on to whatever the original judgement was for. Or, at least, that's the way it reads.

That's not what it says at all.
It says due to an internal technical error they thought your balance was lower than it actually was.

I think the comedy aspect is Welcome lending money to people with a history of not repaying debts, then being surprised that they have to drag those people through the courts to get some money back.0
