Redundancy whilst in IPA

Hi
I'm facing redundancy, probably the end of this month. I was declared bankrupt in Sep 11 and discharged in Sep 12 and subject to an IPA which I am still paying and it ends in Sep this year.
Can any of you advise what is likely to happen with regards my redundancy pay? Do I get to keep it or not??? Have any of you on the board experienced this?
Thanks in advance...

You will need to inform the OR of your change of circumstances....which might result in ceasing IPA payments altogether? No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0

Do they no longer have an interest in any windfalls I might gain?0

I think they do have an interest in redundancy. If you go on the insolvency service website there is a section on this subject0

In Scotland I was told anything over the basic statutory redundancy payment would be the trustees. Same circs as you, discharged after the year but still under an IPA.
