That end of the month feeling......

Well, it is payday on Thursday - checked bank balances - have £6.83 left in Bills Account and £61.51 left in joint account.
No more DD's due, food shop done, no petrol needed - I think I have made it through my first official first full DFW month without dipping into my CC or going overdrawn :j I think this is the first in about 10 years that I probably haven't used a CC
In addition to this I have raised enough money via eaby for the kids birthday presents (for next month, already bought and wrapped), and 12 months car tax - a HUGE first.
I have over £100 tracking in quidco, few more bits and bobs to go on ebay and reduced from about 6 separate debts to 3 and be more organised.
Most importantly, I have thoroughly enjoyed my official month of saving.
I have all my bills ready for Thursday night when I will tackle next months budget and hope to do even better. I have gone over on food but think I have learnt where I'm going wrong.
So thank you and hope everyone else has had a successful month

Unfortunately DH forgot to cancel the payment protection on the MBNA card we transferred a balance too and they have charged £58  so my extra will be being used to pay that - but at least it is there - can't wait for the end of next month and hopefully we have even more

I've been paid and now have £330ish for the remainder of the month once bills are paid. It will be tricky..."I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something."0
