Looked on Tesco for HibiScrub but says Currently unavailable..
Has it been discontinued altogether ?

You could try your local boots - I found it there once, but that was maybe a year back.

Ask in pharmacies-I bought some about 1year ago ( was prescribed, but worked out cheaper to buy).
I had problems finding it due to issues at the time with manufacturing. I ended up buying from tesco pharmacy.0
