i wanna - Beef Jerky????

Hi, just a quick question wondered if anyone can help!

I have recently been to the united states, and they sell this stuff called Beef Jerky, like cooked, dried slices of beef in various flavours and put in packets like a bag of crisps.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows anywhere you can buy Beef Jerky in England! cos i love the stuff and fear i am starting to suffer with withdrawal symptoms! lol

I bought some from asda at christmas, not sure if they just stock it as a "seasonal" though.

Also sell it in Somerfield. In my store (a local in city centre) its located by the pre-packed sandwiches. Not sure of the price though.

Our Asda also has it - I never noticed it before but saw them hanging on the end of the chilled ready made meals aisle (Edit : at the weekend). If they stocked it beofre then it must have been somewhere else in the store cos I would have seen it otherwise.

My local Somerfield has it on a stand next to the deli counter, seems as though you shouldn't have a problem picking some up.

Try your local spar shop, they have some new line of beef jerky on offer at the mo in the spar shops near me.
