    Just wanted to say that Bosch have been absolutely amazing. If their customer service is as good as I have received then I think I am going to buy Bosch vacuum cleaners next time I need one. Communication fast and excellent and I received the voucher by special delivery yesterday. I'm keeping fingers crossed that Virgin Experiences are as good as Bosch when I go to use my voucher! Happy comping everyone :)
