Co operative home insurance

Hi everyone,
I have just taken out a new home insurance policy with the co op and set up monthly payments which has gone through ok despite me still being undischarged. The policy was nearly £150 less than my current policy woohoo
My question is, do I need to phone them to tell them I am bankrupt? The assumptions page didn't mention anything about bankruptcy at all.

I have been with Co-op for some years now.
At no time could I find any mention or exclusion due to bankruptcy.
Co-op being one of those less vindictive insurers [towards bankruptcy]....
When paying monthly, as long as the total amount of credit [for that is what a monthly payment amounts to]....is less than £500, you have no legal requirement to mention BR unless asked.
I suspect a credit check would have been conducted for monthly payments, anyway?
Good ol' Co-op, is what I say!No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
Thank you both for the replies!
Panic over, I called the co op and a lovely lady answered on the first ring without any navigating through press 1 press 2 nonsense. I told her about my BR and she said it was fine but thanks for letting them know
