Payslips dont match bank statement

Hi, I never get wage slips (in the 4 years Iv been in my job) anyway im leaving - today is my last day - so iv requested my last 3 statements however the last one doesnt match what was paid into my bank account. Im £50 short.
The wageslip is correct, has my correct hours and rate of pay on it etc but the pay after tax is £50 more than my bank account shows.
I had thought that I wasnt paid enough last month which is why I requested my bank statements but how is it possible? Does this mean my manager has pocketed my cash?
I work for a very small company and have never had a contract or p60 or wage slips (until now)
should i say something to my boss?
Any advice would be appriciated thanks

Assuming that there are no other deductions, what you are paid should match what the bottom line on your payslip says.
And just to be clear, any deductions should also be shown on your payslip.
If you never get pay slips, how can you be sure that they haven't been short changing you for the whole 4 years?

Is there an explanation for it or does pay have to match exactly what my wageslip states? Thanks
Payslips have to be provided by law
Yes what they say on the payslip should be the amount you get in the bank. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
