wages problem please help

I worked for pizza hut . !I had a holiday for a few months as I had problems at home family related. I came back to pizza hut on 21st dec and worked untill 2nd jan. In this time !I was offered another job with better money and more hours I took this job as I have children to feed... every time a manager rang me to come in and help I was there within mins even Christmas eve when I was out with the family and was called to come in at 12.30pm I left what I was doing to help pizza hut... now just now looking at my account I have received no pay like I knew I wouldn't I just hope this can be sorted as like I say I do have a family to feed.... MICHAEL HOWARD!this is a franchise so who do I contact. Do I contact pizza hut head office???

In the first instance I would contact the boss or the person who usually deals with the payroll.
