Only one entry per person is allowed.

1. To enter, simply complete the entry form found at https://www.ASDA.com/win before midnight on 09/02/2014.
2. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged. Proof of submission is not proof of delivery. Last date for receipt of entries is midnight on 09/02/2014.
3. All entries received by midnight on 09/02/2014 will be entered into a Prize Draw, and the first person drawn at random by an independent person will win a cheque to the value of £3,000. The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. Winners will be notified by telephone within 14 days of the closing date. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner should the claim for a prize not be received by the promoter within 14 days of notification. Please allow 28 days for delivery after prize claim being received.
4. A list of the major prize winner will be available after this date by sending a S.A.E. to the following address: ASDA Flash Magic Eraser Prize Draw, Golley Retail, 5-8 Richmond Terrace, Otley Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 8BP.

Is anybody getting a confirmation for this. Not sure whether its entering or not. There is an annoying black box near the submit button!
