Hi
We saw someone demonstrating Carrom when we recently visited Richmond market. My children loved it and we think it's something my father would enjoy and would also enjoy doing with the children. So we're considering buying my father a carrom set for his birthday.
At Richmond market the boards were roughly £120 but I've looked around on the internet & I can see that prices vary. Also there appear to be different sizes ?
Are there any Carrom players out there that could advise on what we should aim for ?
I'm not intending to see how cheap can we go as I recognise that quality is linked to price but by the same token this inrended as abit of fun so don't need top top quality either.
Any advise appreciated.

Its a very very simple game, I can't think of any reason to pay £120 for a board. Do you have an asian market anywhere near you, if so you'll find them for significantly less.0
