Warehouse fashion/paypal refund lack of postage refund

Hello I was wondering if anyone had had this when shopping online, I bought the wife a coat from warehouse fashion and I paid via my paypal account and the next day I received an email from them saying were sorry but we do not have the coat in stock and we have given you a partial refund?
Well I got my money back less the £3.99 postage so I have emailed them but no reply and whilst its only a few pounds thats not the point if they are going to refund a customer then its a full refund surely?
Any advice would be appreciated thanks Mark.
